"Everything was just fine until we were checking out. Then one of the staff came up and said it smelled like smoke in our room. We went out of our way to respect this property and didn't let the construction going on bother us or complain about anything. I spent $20 on a vape because of the no smoking in the room. We were insulted to say the least"

"It was great the place smelled like sandalwood and it was amazing. The staff was very helpful and friendly."

"The room was not clean. Couch had stains all over it. Bedsheets were found put on inside out and stained. The shower had mold in it tub faucet separated from the wall minimal amount of toilet paper when we ask for separate bedding to put on the couch was provided sheets and told that was all we could have no comforter. It sounded like I heard of elephants we’re going to drop through the ceiling I didn’t give in time Staff were unable to deal with noise complaints like could be seen through the hotel door and at one point, a staff member came barging into our room stating oh my gosh, I didn’t know they rented this room out. Worst stay ever if the room hadn’t been booked 24 hours in advance we would have left."
