“A cleaning staff Took my medication out of the fridge It had my name on it clearly and it costs $10000 a month. The front desk clerk was no help at all and treated me very rudely. Did not call a manager did not call the cleaning staff that left for the day already. He was not concerned at all. I don't think he's cut out for that sort of job he had no empathy for my situation whatsoever. Completely blew me off and acted like it was all my fault. I had to go dumpster diving And went through 15……

“Everything was amazing and great rooms”

“The room was run down and dreary looking. They must be trying to cover something up because the smell of deodorizer was overwhelming. We had to check out and find another place to stay. My allergies were going crazy in that room. The front desk guy was very nice and understanding about the situation.”

“Our room was exceptionally clean as was the entire property. Parking was plentiful and easy access to the hotel. We had late nights at the ballpark and sleeping in was amazing. Beds were comfortable and our room was very spacious. The full size refrigerator was an awesome amenity! I cannot say enough great things about the staff the overnight desk clerk was amazing so friendly and helpful!! Was a great stay!!”

“Stayed here because website showed a nice outdoor pool right on their main webpage and we planned to spend the day there. Get there and its all covered and some BS excuse of pipe problems. No mention of that on website. Already there, stayed a night and checked out in the morning. Owners didnt give a damn and said I was being charged both nights anyway. Wouldn't even give me a receipt! Went to Expedia and they said "hotel owners declined a refund", like I give a damn what they say? I will……
