"We had a one night stay. While the facility was clean and the staff was helpful. Our bed was comfortable but the pillows were unsatisfactory. We both woke up with neck pain. We were a little disturbed about the $15.00 parking fee in the parking ramp."

"I was disappointed to find there was no mini-fridge or microwave in the room. Apparently they are doing a remodel and that will be done by the end of 2026. They had the old heater/air-conditioning unit. The bed was very low to the floor with no box spring. We'll have to try it out again next year after the remodel."

"That was the most worst place in cedar rapids that I have ever been in the room had stuff still on the floor there was a hole in the bathroom ceiling like it had leaked and it looked moldy and dirty and nasty there was a ring around the bathtub and then I go to go to the pool to go swimming get in the pool and it is freezing freezing cold even though it was really nice out but this water was so cold it's like somebody dropped ice cubes in there and there are bugs flies gnats and food in the pool so no I was not too happy I even left extremely early because I was so disgusted so no I would not recommend that hotel to anybody"

"Air conditioning was very odd. You couldn’t just set it to cold. If the temp got below the temp set, the heat would turn on instead of just turning the air off. So the room was constantly changing between warm and cool. Beds were comfortable. Staff were all friendly. Hotel was overall very nice. Would stay again."
