「Because the Morgan has a poor interface with Expedia, I never received the texts they promised after I booked the room. Eventually, I was able to gain entry to the hotel with the help of a staff member who gave me a key to my room, which was up two very steep flights of steps. 「Staff was great. Very Quiet. Comfortable bed. It was tough to get to our unit - lots of stairs and far from the parking lot. The two chairs in the room were awful - uncomfortable and hard to get out of. No tea or coffee pot in the room. Shower had a half door - water leaked onto the floor.」

「We came here because of location, reviews and amenities. This location is NOT accommodating at all off season. 1. Restaurant closes without warning. 2.pool closes without warning - cheap towels even for a toddler to dry. 3. Stale breakfast items with no dates, no tea bags, juice machine wasn't working, waffle maker was peeling, no lids for cups. No accessibility to hot water after hrs-machine locked in restaurant. (And they wanted to sell bottled water). 4.Their bathroom soap is horrible....
