"This was our third stay at The Plaza. We love being able to stay there when visiting our granddaughter at Winona State. We like the fact that is has a very nice attached restaurant, a great free breakfast, and friendly staff. The only complaint I have had in three visits happened this time. It was this: our bathroom smelled like a wet dog -- a smell that I cannot stand! Obviously, a previous guest had given their pet a bath. Too bad the room hadn't been cleaned up properly and sanitized. I had no idea before this stay that the hotel was "pet friendly" -- which I'm sure is appreciated by some visitors. (I did see one person with a small dog on a leash this time.) I think the hotel needs to have rooms -- like non-smoking rooms -- that are NON-PET rooms! I will guarantee you that I'll ask for one the next time I return."

"A beautiful property right on the Mississippi River, with great fishing right off the dock. The screened in porch was amazing. The view from The bedroom when you first open your eyes first thing in the morning is stunning. If you're a bird enthusiast , there was every kind of bird you could think of including eagles."

"We loved our time at the Little Bluff Inn. The staff is very friendly, and the room was perfect for us. We got a room with a small kitchenette. We used the free golf cart to go to town for breakfast in the morning. We enjoyed walking around town, and our host was great at giving us a map and some suggestions for dinner, etc. We hope we have occasion to go back."
