“The stay was very nice! Check in was smooth despite me making an error with my reservation. I enjoyed my stay and will certainly be back. ”

“The room was gross. The tub had someones hair in the drain, mold/mildew in several places, the faucet was detached from the wall, tolliey seat was the wrong shape and size, the sink had a rusted can tab in it. The "blanket" on the bed, when held to the light was full of stains. I worte "blanket" because it wasn't a blanket it was essentially a curtain in look, thickness and feel so we slept with just a sheet. The bed itself looked clean and we were exhausted, so we stayed. The mattress was……

“All I can say is I wasted my money. I wasn’t even able to stay in the room. When I walked in, I was overwhelmed by a very musty, smoky odor in a non-smoking room. The bed linens were old and dingy, the sofa had multiple wet stains on it, and some of the towels in the bathroom look like they had already been used. I absolutely was terrified to stay there would not recommend. ”

“The staff at the hotel were all very courteous and kind. The rooms were immaculate and well kept. Our breakfast was excellent and the service was even better. We were thrilled with the experience and value of the Inn at Elon”

“So many bed bugs. It was bad. We were on a work trip and couldn’t sleep a wink. I just sat in the chair all night. Roaches as well. And the freezer didn’t work. ”

“My room was clean. Myra and the desk clerk (a lady) (didnt get her name) that was there in the evening...great customer svc! Both very pleasant. Met 2 cleaning ladies in the morning, very pleasant as well.”

“Staff was nice. I was trying to get a long term 8 nights rate but staff was really not motivated to assist. Manager was not available. I checked in at 9ish pm, was given a room which has heater making loud noises. I was offered to move to another room but I was too tired to move. The bath room toilet was not cleaned at all. I end up getting a cheaper longterm rate at Fairfield by Marriot near by. ”
