"The property's location is very convenient to everything. As far as the description of the property I would say it was okay. The kitchen is not well equipped and just felt not very clean. Not items I would want to use if I were to cook there. No paper towels..only a sponge and one microcloth. The shade in one bedroom did not open at all. The patio is not as described. "We loved the location across from Poseidon Lido. The town is quaint, many restaurants to choose from. We enjoyed the hotel very much."

"Beautiful location with stunning views from the sea view room and a private beach area. The room was quite dated and the bed was not very comfortable. There are a lot of activities that you can do on site but you have to pay for them. Far away from Cefalu so you need to drive or taxi, there’s no hotel shuttle. Also, no porter service and parking is self serve in a dirt lot. Overall good experience though with a sea view room and we’d come back for that private beach!"

"One of the nicest European hotels we’ve stayed in. Staff was pleasant and helpful. From housekeeping (Maria Concetto) to the front desk (Dario), to the bar/restaurant staff. The hotel had an elegant atmosphere. The room size was large, quiet and the balcony was an added amenity. We also utilized the parking and beach towel service for convenience. We hope to return again!!"

"A lovely smaller hotel on the edge of the sea, right in the old village area. Plenty of dining and shopping in walking distance, including across the street. The staff was attentive and kind, and helpful to travelers speaking English, French, and of course Italian (maybe others, too!). Breakfasts were creative and different every day. I stayed in the 3rd floor, ocean-front suite, and it was clean and comfortable. You enter that room from the rooftop deck, and while other guests were respectful, there is some noise and foot traffic (and potential lookie-loos) on that side of the suite, fyi. I would highly recommend a stay here, and I hope I get to return someday."
