Chalets in Sicily

"The unit is owned or managed by a company not an individual. We had a lot of difficulty getting information in advance of our stay. My requests were met with generic responses as if they didn’t know or care where I was staying. The first morning after our check in we discovered we had no hot water. We proceeded with cold showers since we had an all day tour planned. We contacted them immediately but they did not reply for 3 hours. They said “just flip switch on the boiler and that should fixIt....

Everything was clean and Dario and his family were very friendly and provided us with everything we needed. Our 2 years old daughter enjoyed especially the two dogs. Two decent restaurants are very close, there is a supermarket just 1,5 km away and it is a 10 minutes drive to the centre of Cefalù"

"The chalet is quite small but adequate for 4 people with 2 double bedrooms and 2 sofa beds in the living area and 2 bathrooms, one ensuite. All amenities were in good working order with a washing machine and Netflix an added bonus. The grounds are lovely and safe for children and were the highlight of the property. Our 18 your old son with severe autism was extremely happy wandering in this slice of forest while the high gate leading to the road can be locked for safety. We highly recommend a...
