Cute studio apartment with terrace that boasts breathtaking views of the sea and the town of Cefalù.
It consists of an open-plan kitchen/living area with a double bed (160x200), with the kitchen being fully equipped (fridge-freezer, oven, kettle, and coffee maker), a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a terrace for exclusive use that is furnished with table, chairs, deckchairs and umbrella.
Possibility of barbecue in the adjacent common area. Free parking, free WiFi, and video surveillance on the parking areas. The property is located approx. 400m from the Old Town, and 800m from the start of the beach, Lungomare.
