Insonorizzazione pessima.

Personale non attento a quello che succede in giro per l hotel come ad esempio urla e corse continue dei bambini per i corridoi delle camere anche fino all' 1 di notte bussavano alle porte e scappavano una maleducazione mai vista per non parlare dello scarico del bagno della camera vicino che praticamente avevo sopra la testa e le persone della camera affianco portavano la bicicletta in camera e io dovevo spostarmi nel corridoio per farli passare possibile che l hotel non avesse un altro posto dove metterle?troppo caro per quello che offre.

Bella struttura ma...

Nel complesso è una bella struttura immersa nella natura. Purtroppo ho avuto problemi al check in. Prenotata una tripla, nella mail di conferma mi risultavano 2 adulti, ho telefonato per chiarimenti molte settimane prima, mi era stato confermato che era tutto ok anche il prezzo prestabilito. Una volta arrivati alla struttura però mi è stato chiesto una maggiorazione per la terza persona perchè non gli risultava nonostante la mia telefonata in precedenza spiegando il tutto. A mio parere è stata una piccola truffa. Una parte del personale è stato poco gentile, ma in compenso c'era chi è stato più disponibile. In camera non c'erano prese elettriche vicino al letto, solo una ma era occupata da Tv (periodo medioevale) e decoder, e un altra in bagno, tavoletta del wc rotta, persiane rotte, terrazzo sporco, connessione wi fi molto scarsa. Colazione a buffet ottima, molto ricca e con vasta scelta.

Grazioso hotel vicino Camigliatello

Ottima vacanza. Qualche presa idi corrente in più in camera sarebbe stata gradita visto che una sola libera in una quadrupla è insufficiente. Colazione buona. Albergo con esterni molto belli in una atmosfera rilassante. Ottima posizione.
