「This property was dangerously hot, unlivable, and completely inhospitable during our stay. Even with the single fan that only arrived after we specifically requested it, the indoor temperature still reached an unsafe 38C (100F). Because the apartment is located on a very loud, high-traffic street, we were unable to open the windows at night to ventilate the extreme heat without experiencing severe street noise. When we pleaded for basic relief, the host repeatedly dismissed our safety concerns...
