“Beautiful hotel, but was overbooked so we couldn’t eat at the restaurants on site. If you are a tourist at the hotel, you will be treated differently.
We were told that we couldn’t eat at the restaurant or go to the beach. They said it was fully booked but there was tons of loungers available.. we felt unwelcome and received very cold service

“This is one of our go to Resorts. We are excited for the expansion. The food is always great and on point. The service is wonderful. Everyone is always very sweet and personable. We have left other resorts to stay here because the service and amenities are just better. They really make you feel comfortable.”

“Hemos tenido que pagar por el aire acondicionado( nos pidió primeramente y por mail una cantidad y luego al llegar vimos otra. fuimos a dar una vuelta y dejamos el aire puesto para que refrescara la habitación ; al volver el aire estaba apagado ,lo mismo con el ventilador
No hay ascensor y hay que subir dos pisos andando.la habitación era espaciosa pero muy anticuada con camas muy blandas.
Las sábanas de la cama grande raspaban.
El baño estaba fuera de la habitación y estabamuy viejo;la bomba……
