“The size of the room is pretty small, it looks different with the picture, the service are ok, the room is cleaned, but simple, nothing luxury,the receptionist girl is so so, the breakfast offer is good and hot, but some fly are flying around whenI was eating. If the car park is full you have to park your car outside of the street all night, after I knew this, I complained and they offer me to park another car parking (imagine if I just accepted to park on the street ), I ask the receptionist if……

“Beautiful set up and great location. Our room was on the ground floor and the humidity was a big issue especially in the tiny bathroom. The bathroom fan was installed on the wall surface blowing the air back into the bathroom(???). ”

“Location was ideal for our trip- just walking around Antigua. The pool was nice and we liked our room a lot. We were charged an additional fee in cash USD upon arrival (40 bucks) and then they wanted bills in better condition and I was confused about that and we had ri go through all of my bag to find acceptable bills. Breakfast is often included but it wasn’t on our reservation- my understanding is because we booked through Expedia. ”

“We had a really lovely stay at Cacique Real. The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, and feels nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle of central Antigua, while still being an easy walk into town. We initially stayed in a garden-level suite, which was comfortable, but I would note that privacy can be a bit limited, especially if you’re in a room close to the reception area since there’s a fair amount of foot traffic. “Fairly central location. Well priced. Our drivers from airport and receptionist were great. Negatives: you only get about 5 min of hot water in the shower. Our rooms were extremely loud next to the kitchen and laundry room making sleep difficult. One day they spray painted the window to the laundry room that is also on the side of my room. The paint fumes gave me a migraine. My friends room had quite a few ants. The beds were also extremely hard and uncomfortable. Kinda just a step above a……
