“Upon arrival in my room the smell that greeted me was unbearable. It was coming from the drains and the whole room smelt awful. When shown the only other available room which was adjacent to my room, that room smelt also badly of drains. Thankfully Aiden was very helpful and allowed me to move to a flat in the hypnos residences which was wonderful and much preferable to the hotel. “I decided to book a spa break abroad as a solo traveller. From the very moment I waked into the hotel I felt welcomed and relaxed. Nothing was too much trouble. “we arrived late to the hotel, first had to pull luggage up a flight of stairs to get to the reception. then when we entered the room it was not as fancy looking as in the pictures, and bath towels were dangling in the bathroom, and we weren't sure if they were clean. bathroom is small and very squished. ”

We tried to show the owner what we have booked, the confirm letter from hotels, with my name my room details and all details. But he just refused to communicate, shouting at us he didn't know what we say, he has no mistake, we are the liers, take or leave! We have a business meeting that evening so we have no choice but accept. but this is not the worst of what happened. about……
