“Beautiful hotel right in the heart of downtown Nashville. The lobby, bar, and pool areas are all gorgeous and well maintained, creating a great overall atmosphere. The café downstairs is excellent, and the staff there were especially friendly and welcoming. My only drawback was the parking cost. The hotel’s covered parking is $75 per night, while an open 24-hour lot across the street is available for $50.”

“The hotel is in an amazing area so many things within walking distance. The views from the rooms wasn’t anything spectacular. The room in itself is super nice, the bed is cozy. There is not a refrigerator to be able to have drinks. There is not an ice machine conveniently located. They advertise having room service however there is not a room service menu to review to be able to order a room service. We stayed at the hotel for five days. “We booked a room with 2 queen beds well in advance. When I went to check in on the app the night before my arrival, I was assigned a king bed room. I called the hotel and after a ton of time on hold and then a promised call back that never happened, I called the hotel again and they found the proper room for me.
