Very underwhelming

Location is good, having the ocean as your backdrop is always nice. House itself needed major improvement in terms of cleanliness and tidyness. Owner seems inexperienced when it comes to hosting, she was extremely chatty and somewhat unprofessional. Overall, value for money was not justified.
