“This is not a 5 star hotel. I’m sorry. The room was nice. A/c did not work well at all. Was on the 8th floor. The bathrooms and room were very dim and dark. Zero lights. Wife had a hec of a time getting ready/ makeup ect. The makeup light did not work it’s that dark in there. The hotel grounds were filthy. They didn’t vacuum or clean the vestibule at all the 3 days we were there. The restaurant food was just ok. Nothing great at all. Just expensive food with zero flavor. The main……

“ Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The room and common areas were clean and well maintained. A couple of things to point out, I stayed two nights and had no housekeeping services. Not sure if that is how they schedule cleaning or an over sight. Also, I had a refrigerator, microwave and ice bucket but no glasses to put the ice and drink into. I had coffee cups but no water glasses. Service with the valet a bit spotty.”

“Did not use business facilities. The room was not really clean, the bathroom floor had the previous guest hair and a contact lens in the floor. No trash bags in any of the trash containers. The bar was a joke way over priced and I'm pretty sure a lot of the patrons were not old enough to even be drinking”

“My experience at the hotel was exceptional. I arrived early at 9:45 AM prior to my arrival I did not ask for an early check-in so I was expecting to leave my luggage at the front desk until my 3 PM check-in. The receptionist said that he had a room available for me. I did not have to wait. I was totally surprised and impressed with that first interaction.
