「There are very few restaurants to choose from. On the first day we arrived, we only had a buffet, and it was super invincible terrible. All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room. There are only two bottles of water in the room, no refrigerator, no other soda and beer are even more impossible. Anyway We won't come back again」

「Staff were courteous, the location is in the heart of Polanco Mexico City, I had everything around me - restaurants, bars, pharmacies, lounges etc.. Ubers are able to come directly to the entrance of the apartment to pick me up whenever I want to go out, check in was easy, room was spacious and the bed was a king size. This apartment offered everything I wanted and I highly recommend it.. I will stay again. Thanks ✨✨✨✨✨」

「Our first room had plenty of problems, the shower didn’t provide the option for the rainfall only the hand held, the temperature in the shower kept fluctuating from hot to cold, the safe was defective, the sliding door leading to the balcony wasn’t opening and closing properly.
