「Very good location,all kinds of shops, department stores, restaurants are within walking distance, public transportations are also very nearby. 「I was at Freiburg for two nights visiting my friends. The hotel is easy to find and have great personnel. The receptionists are specially friendly and ready to assist. While traveling at the city, I have encountered business matter that needs a scanner and a printer. Thanks to the hotel's business corner. It allowed me to accomplish my mission (without charging me.) I really appreciated their help. The room itself is also big and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel. :)」

「服务不错，交通便利，离4号电车站很近，到市中心只需十分钟。中午的商务套餐性价比高、份量足、含饭后coffee 但不含酒水饮料，也不强制给力小费。晚餐菜式选择不多。洗手间设施总体不错但沐浴质量一般。楼下bar 一直有小甜品卖。」

「this is one of the worst hotels i have ever booked. price/value is not there. the receptionist was rude and when I want to borrow the kettle (they don't keep one in the room), waited for an hour, then he said he is busy. the housekeeping did not do a good job cleaning the room, this hotel only have breakfast served. overall, a big disappointment, never again, I will stay at Fourside」
