"Must see, must stay. Its so nice to wake up to the ocean view every morning. Pool on site was nice too. It was really cool to be able to cliff jump, fish, and snorkel on the property. When the water is calm, its amazingly beautiful. Close to GHB airport and Governors Harbor was a nice bonus for food.Getting in the ocean with rhe ladder is a bit of a workout so if you cant pull yourself up a ladder due to age, or fitness then this may not be your best option. If you're active or want memories with older kids, dont miss out on a once in a lifetime experience. Deb the host was quick to respond to messages prior to our arrival and then texted me once we were there to make sure everything was an easy process and it really was."

"Although there is not an office to check in at, staff were prompt in replying via the Expedia app and by phone. We had to wait 15 minutes for staff to arrive with the room key. Accommodations were updated, clean, and comfortable."

Spectacular Eco Cottage, oceanfront, secret beach

"So grateful to God for Eleuthera and this truly incredible time away for my husband and I. This cottage experience and the Views are spectacular. We awoke to gentle waves and a beautiful sunrise and Mr Coffee which actually made a great cup of coffee! We made omeletes and ate on the porch each morning. Hours of reading and relaxing. Hiking little hill outside our door and saw in the ocean and laid on our private beach with the softest sand. Star gazed for hours just talking at night. Incredible. Very clean only the windows needed cleaning when we arrived. I was going to clean but they had screen doors so the glass was open most the time and wasn’t too much of problem. One tip— read Mark’s notes thoroughly. And when you arrive at airport stop near the store by airport to stock up on food. The tiny markets near the house have very little . If you want specialty items (fine cheeses, meats, wine) go into Governors harbor to Bacchus Fine foods . There is farmers market nearby for island organic fruits & vegis). We loved the Cove for lunch/dinner. Beds very comfortable. One note, if you like a soft down sleeping pillow that gives —you’ll want to bring your own. And if you’re a woman bring hair conditioner (none). All in all this experience was unforgettable and Mark has a gift (this incredible experience) at creating a beautiful, unforgettable space for building lifelong memories. You’ll not regret it. Thank you Mark! You’re amazing."

"Seascape Cottage was perfect. Great location, well stocked, comfortable bed, stunning views, great porch for morning coffee, AC, and a 2-minute walk to a fabulous, secluded beach. It was perfect for our anniversary get-away. The hosts were very responsive and provided a packet of great information about the cottage and island. Highly recommend!"
Eleuthera Villa - The Surfer's Beach Destination!

"My family and I stayed here for a week in June and loved it. The house was immaculate, beds were comfortable, and everything worked. The view from the deck was amazing and lent itself to many sundowners and time spent just enjoying the view. The beach is great. When winds were out of the south, the water was relatively calm and we snorkeled the reef. When winds were from the north and east, it was quite rough, so we opted to take the car and find calmer Caribbean side beaches. Found two incredible beaches just south of the glass window. Lake-calm turquoise waters with sandy bottom all the way to the horizon. And we had them all the way to ourselves. If the waters are calm out back of the villa, don’t bother paying to swim with the turtles up north. They were right there snacking on some of the sea grass about 15 yards off shore.We should have invested more time on the front end in local Gregory Town venues. Everything you need is close by, but you have to seek it out. The only frustration was finding fresh seafood to grill at night. On an island known for its world class fishing that has fishing villages every few miles, it was extremely hard to find! We’ll have to crack that code next time! Looking forward to coming back."
