We called the 24hr hotline (there'sno receptio), a bit after lunch on a Monday, they couldn't send someone to inspect until the next day. So, the 24hr service is for taking messages, not for repairing faults.」

「Very easy to book. No fuss entry and check-in. Nice and clean. Noise from other adjoining apartments (especially from above) ruined my experience. The creaking floorboards kept me awake most of the evening and you can quite clearly hear conversations happening in other rooms.」
