“Nice grounds, Villa itself needs sole work Pros: - spacious and well equipped - host provided breakfast items - lovely grounds with a variety of plants - we saw kangaroos and emus wondering the grounds - mattress was firm to our liking - shower head had good water pressure and temperature Cons: - internet wasn’t working - dirty windows - worn out furniture - noticeable peeling paint on bathroom wall - toilet runs all night. (I had to turn off the shut off valve) - it was cold in the room……

“I would not stay there again.. most windows don’t work/open 2 airconds, only 1 operational. Radiator heaters in all rooms (nice for winter) no good for summer if 3 of them can’t turn off! (Had to turn off the boiler) fire alarm missing from insert. Bathroom, you have to duck to get into hand basin shower area. Floors in kitchen, back door and lounge area require re-stumping.. sounds like elephants in the house… everything shakes and rattles when walking through! Chickens - these are neglected,……
