「Decor around the property and rooms are very outdated, but everything is clean and smells somewhat fresh. The rooms are clean, beds are ok, bathrooms clean and the price is a good value with Blackburn College and the town just a few minutes away.」

「My room had several spots of hidden black mold that I found after waking up with severe congestion and a headache. Not healthy or safe and definitely gross. When I went to report this issue, no manager or other staff was available to speak to at the front desk. I had to speak with somebody on the cleaning crew and they had me email pictures to the location email, but no response was ever made and I had to check out online without resolution of this issue. It has been 3 days since my stay and I...

「internet was fast, I didn't use the pool, but check your alarm clocks in the room, because mine went off at midnight and woke me up out of a dead sleep. The hotel itself was quiet all night」

「Bed was uncomfortable and covered with plastic. Heater didnt work. Barely kept the room warm running constantly. Bad draft through door to outside. Only 5 minutes of hot water. Towels were dirty and smelled of grease. I definitely would not stay here again and dont recommend at all」

「This is our third stay here. We work alot in this area alot.. We love it here its not in a congested spot very quiet and out of the way a bit ,but still have direct access to the highway. Always friendly service, hot showers, and comfortable beds. Everything seems to be new. I think they went through renovations. We will be coming back! Never have had an issue here. 」
