「Beds were comfortable and the rooms had been updated with tile floors. AC worked fine. Ceiling tile was damaged by water in the bathroom and the outside of the hotel needs to be updated. Took forever to check in even though I had paid online and the breakfast was dismal.」

「Checking in wasn’t the best experience. I was told I had booked 2 rooms with Expedia when it was only one. Then after checking I was wondering if the breakfast was still included like I had seen online? I had to go back to the desk to ask because she didn’t tell me anything about breakfast!」

「This was the first hotel room I have stayed in, for a long time, that had easily accessible electrical outlets! And plenty of them! In this technical day and age, we have Cpap machines, chargers for phones, watches and tablets - and who knows what else and this room was set up very well to accommodate them all! I had requested an accessible room - mainly to insure I had handrails in the bathtub, and it was set up very well - if I had been a wheelchair customer, this would have been an easily...
