"An outdated hotel with decent condition and service. Room definitely need renovation especially the bathroom as the condition is pretty bad, noisy exhaust fan, broken tap and shower. Had a problem with mosquito and informed the receptionist to get it fixed, but the problem returned the day after. "I stayed for 10 days at @Hom Horizon Kudus. I stayed with my father. During my stay there, the staffs are very friendly; however, when it comes to service, they're very slow and the room seems dirty. They didn't change my bed sheets or pillow cases who knows for how long. I noticed that the stain on the sheet was still there, they just made the bed but didn't change the sheets.
