“The property is modern, clean, and well-maintained. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the complimentary airport shuttle service, but no shuttle ever arrived. We tried calling the hotel for over an hour and a half with no answer, and had to called U.S customer service and they were also unable to reach anyone.
When we finally arrived, we explained the situation to the front desk manager Ms. Garcia but she showed no concern and……

“No cuentan con planta de luz, por lo mismo en nuestras habitaciones no tuvimos luz por lo tanto hasta incomunicados por no poder cargar nuestros celulares. Las habitaciones no cuentan con teléfonos fijos ni aire acondicionado. Área de alberca nada que ver con la foto que presentan en su página muy descuidado y sucio el mobiliario. Personal cero amable, no dan solución a peticiones del huésped”
