「I WOULD SUGGEST YOU TAKE THE HOTEL OFF YOUR LIST. I BOOKED IT THRU HOTEL.COM BUT WHEN I GOT THERE THEY COULD NOT FIND THE RESERVATION. I DID HAVE THE CONFORMATION NO. BUT THAT DID NOT HELP. HE ENDED UP CHARGING ME MORE THAN WHAT WAS QUOTED WHEN I BOOKED. THERE WAS NO SOAP OR SHAMPOO IN THE ROOM. IT INDICATED THERE WOULD BE BREAKFAST INCLUDED BUT ALL THERE WAS WAS A POT OF COFFEE AND A BAG OF BREAD ON THE COUNTER AND NO ONE AROUND TO ASK ABOUT ANYTHING. THE ROOM WAS VERY SMALL. WE WERE CHARGED...

「The UFS Lodge used to be a convalescent home, so it has large spaces everywhere, to make room for all those wheelchairs I guess. We stayed in a king sized bed, super comfortable, and had access to a full kitchen. The staff was helpful and friendly.」

「We checked in very late because of a medical issue. They had no record of our reservation, even though I had called the day before to alert them of a late check in. It worked out okay, but definitely caused some concern. They told me they didn’t use Hotels.com… what is the problem ???」
