“This spot was booked for our honeymoon. The lake town is vibrant and full of energy. We loved this establishment because it captured the beauty of the lake while allowing us to enjoy our time away from all the noise. The staff here made us feel fantastic and knowing they have a restaurant on site where all the staff get to know your name was fantastic. We went from town to town after our stay here and I wish we stayed in this hotel for the whole time. ”

“I had a wonderful stay at Posada Don José. The room was spacious and clean, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and the garden is simply beautiful.
The hotel is a bit farther from downtown, but it’s only about a 15-minute walk, and there are plenty of tuk tuks passing by. The breakfast was also delicious.
The only minor inconvenience was that my room was close to the entrance, so I could hear some road noise (though I eventually got used to it). One night, a few guests were locked……
