"On the 2nd floor there is a trash room. It will stink up the hallways ans rooms very bad. Plus, the bottom lip of the door has a crack beneath big enough for someone to fit their phone through or run a hidden camera to do some peeping or open the door. Does not feel comfortable or safe. "

"The hotel is adequate, a bit dated, but it's a good place for the price. Easy to walk around to downtown. "

"Average hotel that was incredibly overpriced. Maybe the price hike was for the NCAA tournament. Parking was horrible. It was either pay $32 a night for a lot behind the hotel or $45 for valet in the same lot. The metro rail is right across the street, I highly recommend taking it for transportation."

"If you can sleep next to a running truck engine, you can stay in this hotel. I walked into the room and the "machine" noise is so loud that I decided to ask if I can transfer to another room. The check-in lady had to apologize to me because she said their central air conditioning system is so old that the same noise is in every room. We barely slept. In addition, their bathrooms are so small (both ours and our son's rooms) that the small sink blocked one third of the bathroom entry. Also the old school style toilet, and the unstable temperature of the shower water. We never paid so much (after factor in tax, it's $250 per night) to stay in such a terrible hotel room, and we will never go back again."

"The hotel/extended stay was amazing. I had the two bedroom apartment and I was not disappointed. The kitchen was fully stocked. The rugs sheds. The floor was dusty. The patio had ashes and cigarettes. The housekeeping manager was very nice as I ran into her in the hallway, she showed me around the pool and fitness area because I was lost and she was very useful when I needed extra towels during my stay. The residents were kind and fun to chill with. Overall, the place was great and I will definitely stay here again. I have very few suggestions: 1) They do not have a bellhops but have luggage carts to use on your own. You will need to return the carts you use but most people don't. Having a part-time bellhopper would be beneficial. 2) Towels for the pool should be easily accessible around the pool area. 3) They need a market or food around the pool. It will enhance the vibe. The surrounding areas have a lot of unhoused people and it can be kind of scary at night even though there are various food options around. 4) Housekeeping should not be an extra charge when you are staying for 3 plus days. "

"Hotel is being renovated. A lot of banging the 1st day. Is a little far for Convention Center & Matchup arena."
