"Staff are nice specially the ones who are not in the restaurant.
Hotel is very beautiful in very nice environment. Live music at nights, cute Christmas decorations all great. Food is relatively good (we tried breakfast and dinner and they were delicious).
Needs improvement:
For 2/4 nights of our stay we had lizards in our rooms (2 rooms, one constantly had in the other one we saw one day). Ultimately they changed one of our rooms for the second night with lizards but overall experience was...

"We came to this hotel on our honeymoon, and from the moment we entered the hotel we were greeted with nothing but kindness. The hotel is so stunning, I service is incredible, the nature is all encompassing and the food is amazing! Would highly highly recommend. Our butler Prasanna was amazing - a special shout out to him and for making our trip so memorable. We would definitely go back!"
