"Overall I found the hotel to be reasonable for the price. It was clean and the staff were friendly. I found the breakfast area to be a bit small for the numbers of people using it, particularly at the peak time around 9am. At that time it was hard to find a table and navigating the buffet amongst the crowds was not a pleasant experience. There were a couple of building-related issues during my stay. At one point one of the two available lifts went out of use meaning a 7-floor climb up the stairs. On another occasion a plastic piece of the aircon system in my room fell off. It was promptly repaired. Would I stay there again … maybe, I wouldn’t rule it out."

"Just pulling up to the hotel from the outside was clean and tidy. Very inviting reception area and team were so friendly. The room was very clean and open (we were upgraded for my birthday) we had a hot tub. We had a sea view with a balcony. Easy to get to, bus route and bolt was easy to access and a 20 min drive from the airport. The breakfast area gave us a wide variety of foods but not halal friendly but plenty of vegetarian options. Fresh fruits and juices every morning. Room was made everyday and kept clean. The ‘ina spa’ was very relaxing and clean, very inviting. The 2 masseuses that we had were very good! Got my knots out well! I would 100% recommend this hotel and would stay again!"

"We had a wonderful 4 night stay! So many wonderful amenities: a hot tub and sauna, a breakfast with everything you could want, access to Aqualuna pool club across the street, comfortable beds and a quiet room! The staff were so kind and helpful. I needed to stay an extra night and even though they were fully booked, they arranged a room for me at their nearby hotel and made the transition seamless. Highly recommend!"

"Location: 5 minutes slow walk to and from the airport bus station. Surrounded by restaurants. 20 minutes slow walk to the Sliema Ferry terminal to Valletta and/or Sliema city centre. Room: big rooms, large size beds, decent TV screen, kettle, hairdryer, fridge, and excellent shower. Only thing to add is that the air conditioning is centrally controlled. Few button presses, you can switch it off. Customer service is ok and staff are polite. Restaurant and bar within the hotel. Noise: you can hear noise if you are unlucky to have a room next door to a noisy neighbour. You can hear banging of doors. You can also hear when the cleaning team are tidying in adjacent rooms."

"I had a rather negative experience at this hotel. It was a business trip and the availability of wifi is very important. The room i was given was one in the very corner below the swimming pool which is on the terrace. Wifi was terrible. Other than that, on the third day, there was a water leak in the corridor which flooded my room. The swimming pool pumps were above the room and was making a very loud noise i could not sleep. I went down to the reception to complain about it and the staff was not believing me. I stayed there and insisted that they should come up to check it out. After wasting 30 minutes the staff came up and agreed that it was very loud. After an hour they decided to move me to another room just for the night. This staff was very rude and ignorant. I had to wait him to finish a personal call for at least 15 mins before he attended the reception. Totally unprofessional. He was not even making an eye contact while on the phone just to avoid me. Never again!"
