“We had a wonderful stay at Under Canvas Mount Rushmore. The setting, the atmosphere, and the way the property blends comfort with the Black Hills made it a great experience for our family. The UnderCanvas Team deserves a lot of credit — everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The tent setup and amenities were next level, and the overall environment was exactly what we hoped for. It’s a great base camp for families to visit the surrounding areas.”

“The room was clean, perfect for a few day trip. Possibly the best shower I have ever experienced in a hotel (10/10 water pressure). The air conditioner was a bit loud but kept the room cool. Breakfast at the restaurant was great. Dinner at the powder house lodge was overhyped, would skip if I went back.”

“Communication and customer service was great. We were instructed.clearly on how to get there, we were able to get to our cabin after the office closed with no issues. The lodge was very cute and very clean. The pool and pool area was also kept clean and the staff at the restaurant was very friendly. Quiet, laid back, and beautiful at night.”
