「only stayed one night....but comfortable.」

「We enjoyed the hot tub.」

「This is the first Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed at that I felt I went back in time to 30 years ago. This is so outdated I’m shocked that IHG puts their name on this property. Needed remodeled 20 years ago. The coffee looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Was so dirty I left without showering. I’ve been an IHG member for almost ten years and this is the first time I’ve ever seen this. So disappointed that I paid for this online otherwise I would have left.」

「Nice place to stay, room was really nice」

「Had the hotel for 2 nights but since I took my luggage with me after the first night the staff checked me out of my room even though I never formally checked out or notified the front desk that I was leaving. I called right away and the gentleman told me that he would leave a message with housekeeping. I am now back home, 1900 miles away. I...

「Great property!! My go to place every year.」

「The hotel was great for a small town.」

「Easy to get to, lots of parking. Free coffee. Staff are very helpful. Walls seemed a bit thin, but definitely a lot of people due to the casino. Easy to get over to Galena for some sight seeing.」

「My family and I booked as we were going to the field of dreams site. We wanted a hotel that was close. The check-in process was easy. The outside looks like you would imagine a hotel in a small town would. Upon arriving in her room. The smell of mildew and mold was overwhelming. The air was off and when I turned the air on it got worse. I have a daughter that is a heart transplant. She instantly started coughing. My husband came into the room with his first load of items from the car. He told me...
