「Check in was challenging. First, they could not find my reservation, then could not assign me a room. The first person could not get the computer system to work, so a second person stepped in to help, and finally a third person before they just gave up and gave me another room.
All the material says the office is open 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. NOT TRUE. I can't speak to being open to 9:00 pm, but they certainly are not open at 7:00 am. I went to the office at about 8:40 am fully expecting it to...

「I only stayed one night and overall it was OK, but wow a little TLC in the room would make a HUGE difference. As an avid home-maintenance person, I was shocked at the lack of basic care in the room I had. Sorry but I notice these things. You get what you pay for, and although the room served the purpose, I have a hard time recommending to others.」

「My recent stay had me stuck between two couples that were so loud that I could hear them with my earplugs in. Then there was a neighbor who was slamming doors and talking loudly to herself. Was unable to get much sleep.」
