「Had an Issue at check in regarding the charging of my vehicle which was handled promptly and courteously. Stayed here many times and always found the service and accommodation to be top notch - pricey compared to nearby options but nothing else is right in that spot」

「Main reason why we book this hotel was for the hottest for back problems. The hit tub didn't have any water and was under maintentance. There was no where stating that online. We wouldn't have booked it. The room was nice.」

「The staff/managers let people around 40-50 adults and teens to have alcohol and party in the lobby until after 2:00 AM on Friday night and I asked for a different room on another floor and they said no. On Saturday night it was a repeat of Friday night in which I got a video of the staff/managers allowing the partying and drinking again.. They also allowed drinking and underage partying in the parking lot with loud music until after midnight. The lobby was filled with about 60 people...

「The host at the restaurant was great. but...We started in an outside room that had a very old decrepit bathroom. The ceiling was patched in one corner and the floor, and not very well done. The molding in that corner was peeling away from the wall and splintered at the bottom and very discolored. The tub was old and cruddy looking although I do believe it was cleaned well, just old and damaged. The bathroom also had a bad rotten egg like smell. Our party had interior rooms so we asked to change...
