Good sized and clean room but corridors were dirty as food scraps were left overnight without anyone dealing with it or doing walkthroughs. Somewhat noisy for rooms positioned near on-floor facilities such as vending machines. A decent gym and pool.

Said they upgraded and wasn’t better also, No Mountain View. When we checked out, we were waiting for our vehicle from valet. He went past the hotel and parked it in the back alley behind the hotel. He left keys at front desk while we stood outside waiting for him to come back. They did not bring keys out or let us know where it was. We had to go to front desk and ask where our vehicle was. The response was “sorry we forgot to tell you” Also, when we arrived we asked where parking close by was, they said only valet parking, only to discover that there is a pay parking lot just across the street by the hotel which would have been much better. We are very disappointed for the price we paid for the hotel. Staff seemed to be friendly but not super competent.
