“We booked a room with balcony and got one without, although we payed a much higher price and it was in the description (we have screenshots!). We only had a milky window, so no view of the outside at all! Much worse, it was a room directly on the street, ground floor, with poor noise isolation, so you hear all the noises from everyone passing your door, cars, dogs, etc. If this is not enough, there is a useless (locked) thin door to the side entry and the hallway with the other apartments, so……

“Das Zimmer war dreckig vorallem auf dem Bett unter der Decke waren Haare. Die Handtücher hatten Flecken und das Stromkabel im Bad hat mich auch gestört es war zwar abgeklemmt jedoch ein offenes Kabel. Wir hatten das Zimmer 1 gebucht.”

“We were mislead. The first photo on your website was the view of the roof garden, which was a huge draw- especially with the backdrop of the beach. However when we arrived we read the note that the roof garden was private. "No access"! The two flats were interchangeable on your web page. The photos were mixed up and we had no knowledge which flat was ours until we arrived. Also they are both described as suitable for 8 people. We are a family of 8. Only 6 beds were made up, and no spare bedding……

“Ho soggiornato al Resa Patacona a Gennaio. Le stanze erano molto pulite e in ordine, essenziali e senza particolari pretese: niente di speciale, ma funzionali. La ragazza alla reception è stata davvero molto gentile e disponibile, cosa sicuramente apprezzabile. Per il resto, però, la struttura è un grande palazzone con un numero enorme di camere, che dà più l’idea di una residenza o ostello per studenti che di un vero hotel, e questo toglie un po’ di atmosfera.
