O apartamento é bem equipado porém precisa de cuidado, a cadeira de escritório está muito desgastada e instável, o suporte para xampu e sabonete do chuveiro está quebrado ficando duas peças de metal que podem cortar a pele, o controle do ar condicionado estava sem pilhas e algumas lâmpadas estavam queimadas.
