"The room was spotless, the room and bed comfortable. We had a fantastic patio with great views. The location is a short walk to the train station or in to the central of town. All the staff we welcoming, we enjoyed the breakfast offered as well as choosing to have dinner in the hotel, it was very good."

"Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming although the staff serving at breakfast were not friendly as all. Varied selection available at breakfast. Room was clean and spacious and the bathroom had a great sunken bath. Bed was extremely comfortable. Great location-only a ten minute walk from the town centre and train station. Excellent value for money. "

"Matteo was excellent ! Very helpful and attentive to our needs. The dining room staff was also very pleasant. Loved our room with two balconies and a jacuzzi. The separate toilet room also had its own balcony! The one thing we did was move the desk’s location. It made the room bigger and more comfortable. Excellent hotel!"

"Excellent spa facilities and a lovely position just outside but overlooking Asiago and the surrounding countryside. Plenty of parking. Can walk into the town on an (unlit) country track in about 15minutes , longer if by the main road. Comfortable room lacking a fridge and water heater, which would usually be normal for a 4 star hotel. "

"We had an amazing time. The hotel decor was like stepping into the kings palace. A step back in time. Very beautifully presented with modern facilities. The bathroom was amazing and morning breakfast was even better. Fresh food with all your delicatessen items, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, croissants, freshly squeezed juices and even had a barrister making us cappuccino etc. The accommodation comes with pool access and very close to Bassano Dal Grappa. Afternoon manager even picked us up from the local train station Rossano Veneto. A must visit when you are in the North of Italy just before heading to Venice."
