「The staff were fantastic, they helped me see tour options and arranged the taxi pick up and drop off for the airport run. They explained where things were e.g. the metro station and where my pick up point was for a tour I was going on. 「Everything was great from start to finish. The room was well equipped, the beds were firm but comfortable. The pillows were probably some of the best I've ever had at a hotel. 「Casa San Marcos hotel was amazing! Such beatiful building ( was build in 1702) with all its antiques, arts all over and modern amenities for very special and unique stay. We felt we were staying in a castle two centuries ago though with all the modern day comfort and luxury.」
