"A nice hotel, friendly staff, adjacent to a shopping mall, close to the airport but very quiet, a very efficient transfer service to to pick me up from the airport. But what really stands out is the amazing swimming pool. One of the best pools I encountered at a hotel for swimming laps! I can definately recommend this hotel."

O principal problema foi a falta de comunicação e o despreparo dos funcionários, resultando em cobranças indevidas e serviço abaixo do esperado na recepção e restaurante.
