“The rooms are not cleaned daily, and towels must be changed only prior notify to the housekeeper. There is no air conditioning in the lobby at night, and there are flies.”

“It was comfortable and good.”

“The room was spacious and the staff was very friendly.”

“It was a good stay other than at 6AM smoke detector in our room started going off...it was the craziest alarm clock I've ever had and scared the absolute hell out of us...and then it just turned off on its own and we fell back asleep and then it happened again at 7AM I honestly have no idea what was going on we didn't even reach out to front desk we just kept going back to sleep there was no fire . It was ringing down the halls in other rooms too”

“Room was clean and staff were friendly. But, everything is worn (walls, flooring). Smoking area bench is under tree of pooping birds. Seems like employees and their families use pool off the clock. Microwave needs to be replaced. Would stay again if price is reduced.”

“Property smelled like mold.. my room smelled like mold. Shower was nasty. Breakfast was bad. Terrible”

“the property was smelly and resident's kids were running and playing all over the parking lot. I should have moved to another hotel because I was not feeling safe with unsavory homeless looking characters coming in and out of the building and no real security provided.”

“cheap run down the property instead oand out. breaker was muffins non cafiene coffe. also kinda sketchy how these people would walk around and some smoked drugs outside of the stairs and others would walk the dog that wants to attack no trIng.”

“Charming contemporary inn in a historic grove adjacent to famed restaurant in nineteenth century home. Small but well-appointed rooms with nice bathrooms. Casual bar/snack bar on site. Very quiet and comfortable. Just minutes from downtown Austin but seemingly a world away. Other eateries within walking distance.”
