「What a fabulous house!!! A lovely welcoming basket of goodies was waiting for us, from the essentials milk and butter to lots of goodies wine, cake and Welsh cakes to treats for the dogs - very thoughtful. The house was large and spacious with lovely furnishings throughout, Sarah had even provided lots of throws to use for the dogs. The kitchen /diner was great, a hub for all our family to come together. The kitchen contained everything you could possibly want with crockery, glasses etc and...

「Good stay lots of equipment. Clean bedding and towels. Lloyd was very easy to deal with with professional, friendly and prompt responses. Good communal space. Sky is a nice touch same with the Alexa. The kitchen was clean overall but felt like it needed a deep steam clean. Equipment in gym was decent housed in a sep garage/unit. Front door needs adjustment to make it easier to close and lock. Clean hot tub. Overall a very decent stay. 」

"The view is absolutely beautiful. The overall hygiene was ok, with a small bit of stain on the sheet remaining. However, there was one used instant coffee packaging left, probably due to carelessness of cleaning staff. The worst issue was that the shower was completely not working but the hotel gave us this room knowing that there was a electrical failure for the shower. Although the staff was really polite when we raised this issue in the morning, it does not erase the disappointment at night. The toilet also did not work properly, the flush was extremely weak. There was no way of contacting the hotel at night to sort out the shower issue and the reception runs from 3pm to 6pm instead of 8pm as stated here. Would recommend if those management issues were fixed."
