The room was fine, except for the floor was dirty. The cutting board was gone. They gave us an extra pillow we appreciated , WiFi was a bit sketchy. Everything else was great.

Staff was very kind to our puppy. He liked them, too. Room was perfect for our 1 night stay. Close to parking & breakfast area. We both loved the bed pillows😍

This is a truly excellent rental with some minor, fixable flaws. The host's communication was also excellent, and I have a lot of confidence that he will fix the issues. Fabulous 3-bedroom townhome with AC in Modesto
This vrbo was everything we needed for this stay. We were in town to visit family and this had plenty of room and amenities. The kitchen was well stocked, lots of blankets, towels, even hampers. Safe gated area. The owners responded right away anytime we needed them and checked in.
