“We kwamen aan 2 uur nadat we mochten inschekken en de schoonmaakploeg was net ter plaatsen. We hebben dus buiten moeten wachten totdat ze klaar waren. Het appartement is top gelegen en is op zich goed ingericht. Weliswaar is goed en de meubels aan vernieuwing toe. Bed viel letterlijk uit elkaar. Lamp stuk, deuk in tafel, gordijnen stuk. Muren vuil en kunnen lekje verf gebruiken. Vieze vlekken in slaapzetel… veel potentieel maar heeft echt wat liefde nodig.”

Because this is an "aparthotel," it means there is no front desk, no interaction with a front office staff, and nowhere to go if you want to ask anything in person.
