Le personnel n'est pas digne de votre note du tout. Les équipements sont bien, la chambre aussi, mais le service est EXTREMEMENT PAUVRE. Aucun respect pour le client, jamais je pourrai faire confiance à Hotel.com dans le futur. Dommage.
