Illuminated for most of the day and cool thanks to the presence of numerous maritime pines which are a real lung. It is located in a strategic position from which you can reach both the pine forest and the beach in a few steps, as well as all the comforts for your stay.

It is located on the fourth floor of an apartment building located in the main street of Tagliata di Cervia and directly on the pine forest and on the sea.
The apartment is served by a lift and shared parking. Once you enter the apartment, what characterizes it is the brightness and the choice of light colors that act as a red thread between the different rooms. The dove-colored kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, utensils, dishes and anything else that can be used. The bathroom in shades of sea blue has a large and comfortable shower. The bedroom with a light wooden bridge wardrobe has a comfortable double bed and an equally comfortable single wall bed. In the living room, where the three dominant colors come together, an extendable table can accommodate up to six guests and a comfortable double sofa bed with automatic opening welcomes two more guests.
The apartment also has two terraces overlooking the greenery that characterizes the area, and through the lush vegetation you can see the sea. Furthermore, in one of the two terraces you will find a table and chairs where you can relax or have meals.
In the apartment you will find sheets, blankets, towels and tablecloths as well as essentials for the bathroom and hairdryer. For any cleaning you will also find the vacuum cleaner and ironing board with iron.
On the ground floor there is a private laundry room with washing machine and sink for laundry.

Family friendly. Upon request, all the families are provided with a camping cot with a bed sheet, high chair, potty, toilet reducer, shower stool. Also in the kitchen you will find plates, glasses and cutlery in colored rigid plastic.
