The Palace Hotel, Cervia is an excellent hotel of its kind in Cervia with excellent premises. and mainly excellent and pleasant frontline staff, except perhaps one. The hotel manager was very kind enough to bring up himself to the room my wife's lost bag which was eventually found but the concierge was not very helpful when she first reported about it. The front desk staff were also very proactive in quickly finding us an alternative, better sea-view room. The hotel is also a pet-friendly hotel and there were a few dogs we saw staying in the hotel with their owners. This means some rooms may have a flea problem as we encountered flea (bed bug?) bites in our otherwise perfect room! Nice and very courteous breakfast lounge staff.

Hotel was on the whole excellent. The staff were very helpful. The serving staff at breakfast were outstanding. Very friendly, couldn't do enough for you. The minibar in the room was very expensive so better to buy your own at local shop. The beach restaurant was very expensive and food was poor compared to the other alternatives along the beach promenade. Even as a guest in the hotel you had to.pay 30 euros each to use the spa which had limited facilities. But overall a very comfortable room with automatic shutters to keep the room cool.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Palace. Atmosphere is relaxed yet elegant. Breakfast and pool are lovely along with the staff. There are bicycles to use. Beach is lovely but access to the beach club and loungers is separate and must be arranged at the beach.

Disappointing

The rooms were noisy, with construction work starting as early as 5am on the first morning, and loud music continuing late into the night on my final day. There were no kettles or irons in the room — the latter reportedly due to fire hazard concerns — meaning you have to pay to have clothes ironed. I also had to check out early for travel, but despite the hotel advertising a 24-hour reception, I waited 15 minutes for someone to arrive.

A Place That Stays With You — Magic in Milano Marittima If you’re just looking for a hotel, keep scrolling. But if you’re chasing something deeper—something that smells like pine and sea salt, that tastes like handmade pasta and long summer nights—then the Hotel Palace in Milano Marittima is calling your name. From the moment we arrived, it didn’t feel like a check-in. It felt like coming home to a version of ourselves we’d forgotten—freer, lighter, barefoot in the soul. The staff? Warm like old friends. The food? Outrageously good—like your Italian nonna had struck a deal with the gods. And the view from the room? The kind that doesn’t need filters or captions. But the real spell is outside: the pineta, a sacred forest of pines where you can lose your worries and maybe even find yourself. And just beyond, the Adriatic Sea—that shimmering accomplice to first kisses, late-night walks, and whispered promises. Milano Marittima gave us more than a vacation. Das Hotel war sehr, gut das Frühstück hervorragend, das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man muss klar seine Wünsche äußern, sofern möglich wird das Personal darauf eingehen. Schön wäre es, wenn die Preise für einen Sonnenschirm und 2 Liegen im Vorfeld besser kommuniziert werden würden.

Très belle endroit lorsque nous sommes l’accueil n’a pas été top tout d’abord il y avait plus de places au parking très rare pour un cinq étoiles, après il y a une personne qui en prise en main mon accueil qui a été exécrable horrible pas digne de travailler dans un tel établissement et tout à coup le directeur es arrivé il parlait français et la voici une personne qui règle tout le problème en deux minutes un très grand professionnel merci à lui pour cette accueil. Heureusement que celui ci était là L’hôtel es très sympa emplacement top Je vous le conseille et surtout demander le directeur de l’hôtel une personne exceptionnelle

Mycket rent och mycket bra service. Hårda sängar och väldigt hårda osköna kuddar. AC lät så högt att det var svårt att sova. Dåligt ljudisolerat mellan rum och korridorer. Irriterande att det inte framgår tydligare att man måste betala ytterligare 65-150 euro per dag för ett par solbäddar på stranden. För det priset vi betalar för ett 5-stjärnigt hotell kan man tycka att strandbäddar ska ingå. Frukostbuffén var stor och bra. Mycket färska fräscha frukter.

Vi bokade rum med havsutsikt och fick rummet längst ner som också var ett handicap rum. Inte så nöjd med rummet, hotellet i sig har fin konst, lampor etc - äldre stil. Frukosten va ok, men har sett mycket bättre. Kändes inte direkt som 5-stjärnigt.

Week end al Palace

Hotel in ottima posizione bellissima spiaggia, ottimo servizio offerto in quest’ultima, deluso per la camera, ho lottato tutta notte con il termostato del condizionamento bloccato a 28 gradi, quando riuscivo ad impostare la temperatura desiderata funzionava alcuni minuti poi si fermava nuovamente, materasso scomodo, nel pomeriggio quando è stata riassettata la camera non sono stati integrati i liquidi consumati dal frigo bar
