Beautiful residence "Rutili", detached, surrounded by trees, meadows and fields. 5 houses in the residence. 5 km from the centre of Cervione, 6 km from the centre of Moriani-Plage, 50 km from the centre of Bastia, in a sunny position, 1.5 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: property 15 ha, garden (not fenced) with plants and trees, meadow, orchard. Garden furniture. In the house: WiFi. 300 m long narrow motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. E-charging station. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 8 km, sandy beach "Prunete" 1.5 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives on the same property.
"Maison Gerard", 4-room house 80 m2. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Exit to the terrace. 1 small room with 1 french bed and shower/WC. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Electric heating. 2 terraces, small garden, lawn, porch. Terrace furniture (portable), deck chairs (2). Very beautiful panoramic view of the sea, the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi). Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm.
