「Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet établissement. Calme, en pleine nature, une parenthèse de bonheur. La piscine est très belle et pratique pour se détendre après avoir grimpé l’Etna qui est facilement accessible depuis l’hôtel. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est fabuleux, les plats sont fins et très bien présentés. Seul petit point moins bien le petit déjeuné qui est cher pour pas grand chose. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement.」

「The property is elegant and brand new. We loved everything. Beautiful view of Mt Etna, well maintained pool, grounds and the food is amazing at the restaurant onsite. Price is unbeatable. Breakfast is amazingly set up. It is wonderful value. We highly recommend it.」

「Personnel très aimable. Très bien placé pour les ballades sur l’Etna. Très bon dîners et petits déjeuners. Vieux bâtiments sympas. A la campagne, au milieu des oliviers et des fruitiers. A conseiller.」

「Ein ruhiger Aufenthalt mit freundlichem Personal ( Dank an Maurizio). Wir haben die Ruhe genossen und die vorhandenen Ausflugsziele von dort aus prima erreicht. Das Frühstück war italienisch, aber wir haben nichts vermisst. Wir haben die Zeit genossen und empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter !」

「A wonderful property in such a beautiful setting. Quiet and peaceful, surrounded by vineyards with views of Mount Etna and the village of Castiglione perched on a hillside. We loved having access to the swimming pool, the rooms are a good size and the food and wine was excellent. Massimo is a superb host and is exceptionally welcoming and very friendly, providing good local information. The evening meals were delicious Sicilian cuisine with fresh ingredients bought on a daily basis. Staying...

「Siamo stati ospiti una settimana a luglio 2023. Posizione eccellente, personale ospitale e disponibilissimo; forse da rivedere raffrescamento camere (ma quest'anno il caldo è stato eccezionale). Tutto molto bello e immerso nella natura: esperienza da ripetere anche in un altra stagione!!!」

「Repos au sein d’un petit paradis fleuri et plein de charme. Accueil agréable même si un peu limité par notre méconnaissance de l’Italien. Chambre et confort parfait (même si douche étroite) , beaux objets, beaux tissus avec leur histoire..Nous avons pu déjeuner et dîner car il y avait des festivités, sinon je ne sais pas les possibilités. Petit déjeuner simple mais suffisant, avec de bons produits locaux 」

Service restauration le soir : pas de carte de menus mais les plats proposés sont généreux et excellents à des prix hors concurrences. Les haicots verts du jardin étaient succulents. 「Lovely drive to San Pietro and a warm welcome by Salvatore. He explained to us all the local area, food and customs over a dinner prepared by his wife which was delicious and all local produce. The room was great, cable TV and wifi as well. All in all a great stay」

「At first we were a bit worried as we couldn't find the hotel in the sat nav, but then after we put in the coordinates we found on google maps, we found the gorgeous, serene and peaceful Ai Vecchi Crateri Hotel! We had the beautifully designed room 9 which is on the 1st floor with the view of the hotel's outdoor and pretty communial area. This hotel was a very pleasant surprise for us, as nowhere around Mount Etna, had we seen such delicate and beautiful, art and design come together to blend...
